Tenor Gregory Kunde makes his debut as Tito in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's La Clemenza di Tito for the opening of the season at Teatro San Carlo in Naples. The opera, conducted by M° Jeffrey Tate, will be presented in a new production directed by Luca Ronconi. The opening night, which will also mark the re-opening of Teatro San Carlo after renovation works, will be performed in the presence of Giorgio Napolitano, President of Italian Republic. Performance dates are: January 27, 29, 31, February 2, 4, 2010.
