Bass Markus Hollop makes his debut at the Amsterdam Konzertgebouw as Arkel in Claude Debussy's Pelléas et Mélisande conducted by M° Serge Baudo in a concert performance of the opera on November 14, 2009. The opera will be broadcast live, as usual, by the dutch radio.

Baritone Luca Grassi makes his debut at Auditorio de Tenerife for Festival de Opera de Tenerife as Silvio in Ruggero Leoncavallo's I Pagliacci directed by Giancarlo Del Monaco. Performance dates are: November 3, 5, 7, 2009.

Baritone Massimiliano Gagliardo and tenor Leonardo Caimi will sing the roles, respectively, of Belcore and Nemorino in Gaetano Donizetti's L'Elisir d'amore at Teatro Massimo Vincenzo Bellini di Catania. Performance dates are: November 3, 6, 8, 11, 2009 (Gagliardo) and November 5, 10, 14, 2009 (Caimi).

Mezzo Manuela Custer makes her debut at Gran Teatro de Cordoba as Isabella in Gioachino Rossini's Italiana in Algeri. Performance dates are: October 30, November 1, 2009.
